Introduction

Greetings and salutations.

My name is Ley (it rhymes with pee) and this is my story.

I am a convert to Catholicism, mother of eight kids, type 1 diabetic, HELLP Syndrome survivor, mom to a Guillain-Barré survivor, city dweller transplanted to the county, home owner of a house doing its best impression of being cursed, poet, coffee drinker, bicycle rider, language learner, and wife to my favorite person.

I blog so I can sit down.

G.K. Chesterton is quoted saying, "an inconvenience is only an adventure wrongly considered." Well, my life is packed to the brim with adventures, maybe yours is too.
