Sick

An unpleasant virus is making it's way through our family of 9. Even as I'm writing this my head is pounding. Which seems to be one of the main symptoms of this beast. 

Luckily, we've all gotten it within the same week. Which is a good thing with 9 people because a sickness that spreads out its victims over time, really takes forever (Example- Sorry, Fall is cancelled this year we got an illness taking its sweet time over here).

A sick week isn't all bad. Since we're mostly homeschooling there's no deadlines we'll miss (we can just move them). There's no tests we won't be prepared for (see above). We can snuggle in for a Lord of The Rings marathon and pizza, while we sniffle away. 

Of course nothing can ever just be simple. We received an email yesterday that a classmate of Six has strep throat and since a sore throat was also a part of this illness, I hauled 6 sick kids (say that three times, six sick kids) to the clinic for throat cultures. Which was about as fun as it sounds. We don't have strep. 

Anyway, that's what's up with us.  And also...

Eight- Wait, did Mr Miyagi ever die? 

Ten- No. 

That's right, he's the Highlander.
